Every year, the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC) Annual Statewide Convention unites a powerful network of entrepreneurs, as well as business and community leaders. SMG Business Services is thankful for the opportunity to participate.
Building Connections, Creating Opportunities was the theme for this year’s convention, and the theme was very appropriate because that is exactly what we did. The CHCC Annual Convention is designed to empower Hispanic and diverse businesses, foster meaningful connections, and advance economic opportunities statewide and beyond. Attendees gained access to high-impact presentations on business development, emerging market trends, community growth, and public policy—all tailored to meet the unique needs of Hispanic-owned and diverse enterprises.
Networking & Collaboration
One of the most powerful aspects of the convention was the opportunity to connect directly with influential business leaders, policymakers, and industry experts. Through interactive workshops, dynamic networking sessions, and thought-provoking discussions, participants established strategic partnerships that create long-lasting business success.
What did I get out of this type of event?
I got to connect with business owners that have been through their own hardships as well, and that gives us hope and tells us that we are not alone.
We got to meet new business owners that bring a fresh perspective and amazing new ideas, services, and resources.
We learned from other entrepreneurs by participating in Panels & listening to Keynote Speakers.
We got to celebrate with awardees the ingenuity, resilience, and economic contributions of Hispanic and diverse businesses.
As a Hispanic and woman-owned business, I can say that we need this type of support. By bringing together thousands of diverse entrepreneurs and community leaders, it creates an ecosystem where business and community thrive together.
This type of activity prepares us to be inspired and grow, and it also aligns with our values of education and community. It’s important that we support one another, and we’re excited to take what we learned from the conference and share it with you.
